MEDELLIN MINDFULNESS RETREAT: OCTOBER 16-21, 2025

Get Ready for Adventure...

Group Trip: Experience COLOMBIA BEYOND THE ORDINARY

Colombia has emerged in the last few years as one of the most exciting destinations in Latin America and the world.

Thanks to its five regions, Colombia is the world’s second most biodiverse country. Azure waters, tropical forests and deserts on the Caribbean Coast, wild beaches and jungles on the Pacific Coast, emerald green mountains and snowcapped peaks in the Andes, wetlands, and savannas in Los Llanos, and the world’s largest rainforest in the Amazon. A little bit of everything!

Each region is unique and home to various cultures, each with distinctive gastronomy, handcrafts, architecture, traditions, dances, and musical rhythms. That’s why they call Colombia the Land of a Thousand Rhythms.

After the historic peace agreement in 2016, Colombia has become a vibrant, safe, and fun country – one of Latin America's top gastronomic destinations. This newfound vibrancy and optimism are palpable in every corner of the country, making it an exciting place to visit.

The striking contrasts between destinations make it feel like traveling to many different countries inside one. True travellers always fall in love with Colombia and its people… so don’t be afraid—the only risk is wanting to stay.
